SERVICE 03 · Integrations

Stop making people connect your tools by hand.

We assess how your systems can connect, what information needs to move, and what access is available. Then we define a realistic approach for the project.

WHO IT’S FOR

When the same information is entered more than once.

The same record is typed into two systems.

Files are exported and re-uploaded by hand.

One team works in a tool the other cannot see.

Updates depend on someone remembering to copy them.

HOW IT GOES

How an integration project goes.

  1. Review

Look at the systems involved, what information needs to move, and what access is available.

  2. Assess feasibility

Say plainly what can connect, what cannot, and what each option involves.

  3. Scope

Agree the data, the direction, and the parts that must not break.

  4. Build

Develop and test the connection against the systems involved.

  5. Hand over

Document what connects to what, and how to check it.

WHAT YOU GET

What an integration project can include.

  1. 01

    System review

A look at the tools involved, what data they hold, and what access is available.

  2. 02

    Data mapping

Agreed on what information moves, in which direction, and when.

  3. 03

    The connection itself

Built and tested against the systems involved.

  4. 04

    Failure handling

What happens when a system is unavailable or a record is rejected.

  5. 05

    Documentation

What connects to what, and how to check it.

QUESTIONS

Integration questions.

Can you connect any two tools?

Not always. Feasibility depends on the tools involved, the access available, and what the requirements need. We check this before committing to an approach.

What if a tool has no public API?

Some systems offer no direct route. Where that is the case we explain the options available and what each would involve, rather than assuming a connection is possible.

What happens when a connection fails?

We agree what should happen when a system is unavailable or a record is rejected, and build that into the work.

Do you replace our existing tools?

Usually not. The aim is to reduce manual steps between the systems you already use.
